I think the few exceptions would be taking advantage of 0% opportunities, but you need to be 100% sure that you can pay off the balance when that promotional period ends. Credit cards are a great way to build credit, but if you don't know how to take advantage of it like a lot of people then you need to pay it off in full prior to each cycle ending.

@@GiveAbundance yep! I learned my lesson the hard way. People have to be honest with themselves about their self control or they'll end up in a bad situation.

@MrWasian 100% agree with you. I've done the same thing and learned from my mistakes. You are the only one who can save yourself. There is something powerful about choosing not to be a victim and take control of your choices.
