Materials
The glass of water I use is; 200ml
The tea glass I use is; 125ml
2 tea glasses of water
1 tea glass of yoghurt
1 teaspoon salt
1 packet of baking powder
6 cups controlled flour - 600 grams
To lubricate;
100 grams of melted butter
Half a tea glass of oil

If you make the dough first use bowl then on flat surface simple it make the dough the there itself. .... Wasting time

Good afternoon, thanks for sharing. In Uzbekistan we have such kind of bread, here we called it "Qat-qat Patir", but we sometimes don't put flour powder in it.
