You really think chef is better than sinister titan tv man lol,you are so wrong,first of all sinister has splash and aoe damage while chef only splash,second he deals 60k damage each second in a big area and third he has a frost scythe that annihilates every toilet making 100k damage every slash and also has super slowing snowballs that are op,so definetely sinister titan tv man is much much better and OP than chef tv man
