I'm finally back to comment, and so psyched you two came back with this edition of the tag. I can wholeheartedly relate to struggling to explain your connection with a deck. It's not always possible to express experience in words, especially not to summarise it in a way that other people will understand innately. Yay for the kitty decks, mine will be up later and one of those is in mine too. They're such gentle, accessible decks, and I agree, they have the potential to go deep and be so inspiring in practice. Always excited to hear about outgrow yourself, which is on my Wishlist and I will probably buy it soon before I miss the chance. Perhaps but it away for the bday. The Graven Images oracle is SOOOOOO good btw. I love it. Shame about the cardstock, but still, wow, mood. Love how an underdog deck made it through too. I feel like these tags are fun for even occasionally surprising ourselves. Thanks for coming back with this goodness

I really love when you compare decks to specific childhood memories. I have similar experiences. This deck is like the evolution of sand to chips in the playground! I get it. I do. That's just poetry. :) This was super fun. Thanks for sharing.

That was such a great list, I am definitely getting the Aqua Maree Tarot & that Graven Images Oracle now, they look so good!, I don’t know if I could just stick with 10 indie decks it stresses me out just thinking about it 😂.

I’m so excited for you !! They also probably pair really well together which I actually haven’t done yet I don’t think. I love pairing AquaMaree with another fav oracle This Deck is Haunted but graven is similar ish in feeling. AquaMaree is a closet goth. Do you know a few that might for sure be on your 10 list?? Very curious

@@RoseHoneyRitual the Aqua Maree with the Graven Oracle sounds like a really interesting pairing, I am buying the Aqua Maree for an ancestral work as well so thats an idea!, also aren’t all the best people at least a little goth? Even if they’re in the closet 😂 My picks & I went with covering different needs so a plant based one, deity work etc as well as sorry I did have to break your rule of no out print indie decks because, nope can’t be done, nope 😅: The Goblins & Garden Tarot (brings me pure joy using it) both the Tree Whisper Oracles (has to be allowed because they cover all seasons, also ancestral), The Spacious Tarot (animals & calming) Forty Servants (servitors & relationships), Tenebrae Whispers Edition (where to begin with this one!) Althea Oracle (herbal allies) Dust II Onyx (deep work & Ancestral) Mystagogus (Spiritual back up & energy check) both the Mysteries Of Mary & Modern Mary Oracle (as one because they are Deity work) & finally Thea’s Tarot (got to have an outright Queer deck). Sorry I know you asked for a few but I couldn’t resist the full list 😂 really interesting for me no Slow Holler Tarot or Spolia Tarot for me that does hurt though!.
