BTS‘s RM is one of the best leaders in K-Pop, and there are plenty of idols who look up to him due to his leadership. Throughout the years, there have been many moments where RM showed off his incredible leadership. Therefore, BTS members appreciate their leader, RM, and they are never shy about complimenting him. In BTS’s special talk show called Let’s BTS, Suga expressed his wish to tell RM that he’s “the best leader.” Suga spoke about how without RM, they wouldn’t have achieved the things they achieved. The members heavily agreed with Suga. RM humbly shared that the members make him a great leader. This video are the moments when RM is respected and praised by BTS for his leadership.

RM is the reason I looked into BTS. When i saw them on James Corden Carpool Karaoke i thought 'Who is this guy? He is so poised and well mannered - very impressive'. Then, of course, i fell down the BTS rabbit hole and have never looked back!

The stress of being a leader is a huge burden. Rm took on that role with grace and dignity. Hes always been responcible, intelligent and mindful that he represents the members thoughts fully. Namjoon also had to reign in 6 puppies playing all over him when it was time to be serious. He did a beautiful job. Part of the reason BTS is so successful leadership of RM making sure to take everyones opinion seriously and with respect. Bts paved the way with Joon as leader. 😊

I think the kpop industry acknowledges his leadership contributions . I mean BTS stands alone . Namjoon’s English speeches. interviews, & lives, made the world notice and understand their message, however It’s the younger newer “fans” that often under appreciate his significance to their no. 1 status. Respect comes from someone who shows love and respect to others. RM definitely earns respect from his group and others. These young men were raised to respect others❤❤. Sad I wrote each one of you last October and they weren't delivered😢😢😢. I was just sending encouragement to each of you. He rdoes have all the qualities of a good leader across many realms but it’s also the members’ willingness to be lead that makes him such a great one. You really have to have not only the intelligence, organization skills et al but you really need the ability to make everyone feel like they are important to want to follow. I always wonder about who takes care of him and his mental health 😢😢. He doesn't write much about his personal troubles, demons etc. he rarely includes them in his songs. If not for 2022 festa, we wouldn't have known that he thought he doesn't have right to represent BTS, that he felt he wasn't doing enough. During the 10th anniversary showcase when he came by himself to speak and sing to armys, his hands were shaking as he was holding the mic while singing. I'm glad his has extra 6 brothers who look out for him and praise his hardwork all the time. I'm sure most times people just remembered him as the leader and not as a musician or rapper because he's always taking the back seat to allow his 6 babies to shine. We love you joonie. Always remember to take care of you.
