I maintain that real music comes out of human beings working together. If you go back to the old 1920s recordings, there wasn't the separation or division of later years, it was all just music. Personally I find this more "blues" than Jimmy Reed's original.

Great Jimmie Reed song. Danny Dawson is new to me. Lee Roy's slide is fine. Waylon, Travis, everyone does a good job on this one. I myself sing this a couple of time to my elder residence singalong audiences. Fun.

I know he got carpal tunnel surgery at one point which hurt his ability to play. This might be after that surgery.
