the song and the video are a smack in the face to the media and its perception of her- they brand her as this perfect good girl publicly- but they all assume she's a big sexually perverted person and talk crap about her behind her back while pretending to love her to her face. so she's basically saying F U to all of those who would assume anything about her or be fake to her because regardless of what they say about her- everyone wants a piece of her and she's still thriving- its almost a play on the last track 'circus' and the lyric; there's only two types of people in the world- the ones that entertain and the ones that observe.' while they're all just talking- she's actually handling her business.

Watch the opening scene with the reporter. The written thing says it spells obscenity in disguise. What's in question is that If U Seek Amy is being pronounced like "F-U-C-K me". The thing with reporter actually happened in real life so they used it for the video for this song. I love Britney fucking Spears so much.
