This is a video of Matt Wallace (UK Euro Cosplay 2013 contestant) getting into his Blood Angel - Space Marine Costume. Built from scratch. Filmed after ayacon 2013 at warhammer world nottingham UK.

MrObviousJester That's why its in our best interests to stay useful. Honestly, with the amount of stuff going on in this Galaxy, the dark gods will always need people to run errands. Pick up some space eggs, some space milk, oh... and desecrate that planet for Slaanesh.

YiaM - ワイアム I beg to differ. You don't have to be built like a gears of war character in order to be a space marine. Why? Because the armor can be engineered to make up the difference. That stuff helps you move, y'know. And bear in mind, no one ever starts off as a Space Marine. They're made and grown over time.

I noticed in the warhammer space Marines cosplay community most cosplayers overcompensate the size of the pauldrons and it really just works against you can definitely scale them down a little

ShadowAimai Correction - you wouldn't have the same level of control over the armour without a black carapace. That armour is still as tough as nails without it, though.

VestedUTuber Only issue is it wouldn't interface properly with your body, if it interfaced at all, so you wouldn't manage to move properly in it. Basically you'd be an easier target than a Space Marine.
