Today, I’m excited to share a delicious and gluten-free dish with you. Don’t be misled by its appearance; it’s not a pizza! It’s something much tastier and healthier. Instead of using dough, I create a base with a layer of boiled, sliced potatoes. On top of this, I pour a savory, cheesy egg mixture. For added flavor, I include slices of pepperoni and cherry tomatoes. The dish is cooked on the stove until almost done, then baked for 5-10 minutes at 180°C. Once it’s finished, I sprinkle it with more cheese and finely chopped parsley. While it may sound complex, it’s actually quick and easy to prepare. So, what are you waiting for?
