The neck guard is up in the cap. Gotta pull it out & put it back on neck if bottle once u do that cap stays on perfectly just gotta take off slowly

@@14SpraysMinimum keep trying to properly place the neck guard back on. I’ve owned mine for abt a yr now and after all the times Ive had to replace the neck guard it finally went on properly last week and hasn’t moved since. I pick my bottle up from the cap all the time now no problems. Just keep trying at it

That’s not fake, mine does the same thing. There’s a metal insert that’s pushed in too far, gotta pull it out with your finger and barely push it back in so it grabs the bottle. I don’t know why they did the caps that way but that’s how they are. Good videos
