The searcher Otama in Op07 is crazy. Green & yellow wano cards work so well for each other. Constantly drawing cards & healing with Momo, top notch

The only downside to the otama, she cannot search yellow wano. Other than that double searchers for the same type is crazy

Welcome in team! Today we're going to play around w/ Soul Pocus and Eustace kid! In a Wano fortress build, that can heal quite a bit. Fortress kid has been around since the release of yamato, but I was never a fan of double searchers. So I didnt show many of these build types here. Now w/ the new stuff from OP07 and Samurai, we have many ways of drawling into our 8C kid. Along w/ healing ourselves till the late game w/ momo, while saving up counters for Kid. I will say the later build will more than likely get more play. Im just a fan of Soul Pocus, so I'll go over my other variation at the end. Tried adding “you can be my samurai” to my RG Oden deck last night and it did great! Saved me a few times!

Aye congratulations! I bet that felt good. Yamato is definitely my favorite deck to play, I think by now anyone who watches the channel may know that haha But I may have to retire it for op07. At least put it on the back burner for locals. Enel is definitely a pain going into this w/ Yamato! I’ll come up with something though :) Regionals for August, that’s my next adventure. As long as they’re not “lottery entry”

I’m going to try out the samurai build but right now I run 2 kid and a few with a few rosinante. One of my big plays I’ve been hitting is I play onami for banish or hiyori for life manipulation then I hit 5c law into mihawk into either kiku or ryuma. My big cost are 1 zoro and a couple 10c doflamingo. It’s been running really nice. I only lost to a katakuri the other day because he was still running reject and killed my law with that. I don’t think Yamato is top tier but there’s still so many fun ways to play.

Im a big fan of the samurai engine in yamato! I've never really liked the sky peia package's. And I've done just about every yamato build I could think of, and I still just have so much fun playing decks w/ the leader. I think 10C doffy is the new way to go, it'll help us w/ enel!

@@PawsePlays I’m loving the samurai deck for sure. I run 3 Zoro and 3 doffy but I might do 2 Zoro and 4 doffy. I just beat a lucci last night that had a full board. I played hody to rest his blockers and swung with him for 13k. I had 6 2k counters in hand. I will say it seems to be lacking in the middle with medium bodies because it’s all about countering and searching in the beginning but somehow it seems to work really well. I lost to enel though because I didn’t see any doffy.

@@PawsePlays ahh it’s all good, commentary over plays I feels fleshes out why u made certain moves and can give new players to the game or even new players to a leader better insight on why to potentially do that instead of something Your videos are great man

Love that you play fun decks.. I'm really trying to piece an Egghead or Dragon deck to see what I/They can do in OP07. I normally play RP Law but wanted to play something else fun/techy/trolly or just not meta

Dragon def seems a lot of fun! I enjoy revo, and he maybe alot better than belo. Def less predictable. Hopefully someone cracks the deck, it has potential.

@@PawsePlays I've only been playing since March this year so it most likely won't be me that cracks the code but it's not gonna stop me trying. Shame a lot of the best Egghead cards are OP08 and that's not here (UK) until much later this year. Keep kicking out great vids and kicking ass in the game

Agreed; Foxy isn't that strong. But he is a fun character, and his effect captures his DF ability really well. I stand for non-meta enjoyers! That's why I enjoy your channel as well, it's a treat whenever you take Ws with a sleeper leader.

When I started this, that was the plan. I wanted to try to focus on meta & off meta stuff. It seems people are really enjoying the content and my takes on stuff here. Which is still crazy to me, but I very much appreciate it ^^

Yams always been interesting for me never put in the effort to try as I've played against her a couple times and it just felt really predictable every game will defo have to try out this list though

Yama can be really rough for alot decks, the big attacks can sometimes set you way behind w/ nami banish. But their are times where you can predict a play vs Yama. Still sometimes its tough to prepare for it. The deck can be built numerous different ways on top of that, which really makes for fun decks

Yamato is back and better then ever! Im running a build more focused on high end so 10c doffy, 9c zoro, 8c hody on top of all the wano engine. Such a fun deck

Idk about better than ever, Yams is def better with the new stuff from EB01 & OP07. But we’ll have to find a way to deal with Enel, consistently. Yama def has what it takes to top bigger events. We beat RP law, lucci… we just struggle with Enel / Moria. Such tough matchups!

Have you seen recent Perona builds? Very similar to Yamato but with the extra removal power. Could be an interesting sleeper meta pick

Perona is coming up, I’ve been waiting for OP07 to get back into doing a build. I think I did 1 video on her when she came out. OP07 really changes the deck up :)

Have you considered the 9 drop Zoro specifically for Enel?

Zoro isn’t a “win” vs enel card. It does help. Something with hody / kid. The downside, he just uses kingdom come lol. So you have to not attack while defending attacks, and be healthy enough to play Zoro to make enel kingdom come.

I have a local Enel player so I’m ok with here’s this you better have it play. Or I’ll send an out a sacrifice and drop it next turn because they usually don’t hold 2. Usually only lose to them when I play 4 life leaders 😅

Yes, its good against yellow, why wouldnt he be? Downside, against enel, he just uses kingdom come. So you have to play him at the correct moment while starving enel & fending off attacks.
