I helped my mate dig for opals for a week using a pick as he was on good opals after 2 years finding nothing so I worked for free and gave him full price for the rough. Beautiful Australian black opal finds.

As many videos and as much literature that I've came across, I've never seen or thought of the simple idea of doing your rub on a separate machine to keep the finishing machine as clean as possible. Awesome. Good to know when it comes time to set up my shop. Almost there

No they can’t. Listen to the retard on this video, do you think he has the intellect to prop up a mine with timber ? Barely smart enough to put the hard hat on the his head and not on his butt like he did in his first video.

He said raiders come in in the middle of the night and dig that out and I'm sure they just follow the opal when they do that and work as fast as possible. They don't care about future safety because there goal is to get as much good opal as fast as possible and they are digging by hand which is a bit safer because it doesn't cause as much ground vibrations and in turn not as much risk of a collapse. If they we're to try to get a jack hammer in that back area with no supports left the risk would be pretty good of a collapse.

How does it benefit the raiders to remove the supports? Or more so why do they?
@lokirathehunter
@lokirathehunter 5 жыл бұрын
Because they aren't smart enough to realize they are supports, they just start digging.

Also the guys who stayed and worked did so because they found opals , one layer is rich in good opals ..the Piller is essential , for safety in the long run , it's wise to not harvest 100$ opal - that may be essential ..the robbers ...hit an run.. imagine an earthquake..these folks are crazy ,risky.
@Jbuss0679

Because the raiders could of been on a really good vein and they just kept digging in that area because they we're finding great opal. They also don't care about future supports because there just digging and probably won't be there again because once miners realize people we're digging I would think they would take some kind of extra measure for security.
@Jbuss0679
@Jbuss0679 4 жыл бұрын
They most likely wont have a collapse either because they are prolly using hand tools that don't make much vibration compared to a big machine.

Why not put a steel door with a lock and heavy enough that you need equipment to lift it. Problem solved. Would be worth the effort considering the $ at stake
