Yes! The best musicians are deep listeners, not saying "Listen to me!" but "Let's listen together!" which includes the audience. One mind; one Listening... is the depth from where the stirring feelings come.

Beautiful and sublime. Years ago I saw Anais at Massey Hall in Toronto when she opened for Ani DiFranco. First time I heard Shepherd, what a moment!!! Met her after, she was so nice. The studio version of this song inspired me to learn it myself, I LOVE to play and sing it, so I put my version up recently. 😜🪕 Thanks for the inspiration, you guys are so tight, way to bring that perfect groove.

Some things are too beautiful to talk about. This is everything a song should be. I have to edit this because I just sent it to my brother. He taught me everything I know about music, well good music at least. I’m always so happy to introduce him to something new and interesting. Music is such an essential part of our lived experience.

This song is perfection. Having said that, i love it at 1.75 speed. Would love someone to use a sample at 1.75 speed, and fashion a hip hop song out of it so i can get down to it. 😄

Yes, he plays left handed, but on a regular bass. My guess is he learned that way. What a sweet sound.
