Hey guys, in this video I drive with my 1996 Opel Corsa B 1.4 (60 ps) on the Autobahn and reach the VMAX of around 190 kmh (180 GPS) or 118 MPH! It must be fun to see a small car like my Corsa driving down the Autobahn, doing 190 kmh :D

When I saw you reach 120 it was weird seeing the max I've ever pushed mine with the added 70km/h was scary to think about my corsa going that speed. Love it to bits though, it's never failed me of all the things I've asked it to do. Great car

Coole Sache was er schafft ,bin lange keinen b Corsa mehr gefahren ,aber hat immer richtig viel Spaß gemacht ,bekomme sofort Lust auch mal wieder so einen zu Fahren und schauen was die guten alten noch an Top Speed erreichen ,meinst du er wäre noch schneller geworden. Beste Grüße

I have a slightly more basic version of this car and I've gone 190 in her too. The speed still kept climbing even at 190 but I always run out of motorway at that point so I still don't know exactly what her true top speed is :)

Beim beschleunigen kannst du den auch bis über 6000 drehen, erst bei 6400 kommt der Begrenzer. Hab den Motor im Kadett, wird echt langsamer eingeschätzt als er ist. Auf dem Analogtacho hatte ich schon 210 stehen, mit dem LCD Tacho vom GSi hab ich noch nicht wirklich probiert

Your car is very quiet. If I tried to pull to 60 in second gear my ears would explode. Do you know if this 1.4 engine from 1996 is a different one from the 1994 1.4? Your car seems a lot more capable than mine from watching your videos

The 1.4 from 1994 can be different to the 1.4 from 1996. Mine has an electronical distributor, the 1.4 from 1994 can have the I guess the mechanical distributor. This engine is pretty bulletproof ^^

@@GermanLetsKev Ah, I always just figured it would be the exact same engine. My car maxes out at 55kph in 2nd gear. So definitely just a tad bit slower, sadly :P And yes. Everything around this car will fail far before the engine goes. Very strong!

Das waren noch Motoren gewesen. 1.4 N mit 60 PS. Die einzigen Probleme die die Motoren damals hatten, waren die Verteiler gewesen. Glaube die waren von Delco und sind massenweise verreckt. Hatten die schwarze Verteilerkappe drauf. Den Verteiler getauscht, weiss nicht mehr von welcher Firma die anderen Verteiler waren, das wars. Danach fahren bis zum umfallen.

My 1.4 si 82 hp 11 s 0 100 and o never beet the max speed but i think 180 190 reach

Ese es el modelo que tengo. Espectacular. Un diamante. Hay que cuidarlo y tienes coche para toda la vida. Es eterno. Lo puse a 180 km/h pero en una sola ocasión para ver la velocidad máxima.

Ca. 10L/100km ;D Aber LPG kostet nur 0,59€ pro Liter ... also egal :D

GermanLetsKev Achso ich dachte der wäre Benziner 😅 und bei benzinern weißt du es vielleicht?

@@Hasan-li9dl Der Verbrauch ist bei Benzin und LPG etwa gleich hoch ^^ Dieser Motor verbraucht halt etwas mehr, hält aber dafür länger! Er ist super robust. Mein alter Corsa hatte den selben Motor aber dafür ein Automatikgetriebe und der hat mit einer Tankfüllung etwa 500-550km geschafft... das sind also ca 9L auf 100km.

He llegado a consumir 5,4L a los 100km. Conduciendo a velocidad normal 100 km/h 6L y 7L a 110/120 km/h.
