I would love to see this tournament get upgraded to a 500. I know its a useless grass court tournament as it doesn't lead to a bigger event but I just love how fast the grass is. Feels like smthg out of the 90s.

@@andymeek5022 yea I guess that makes sense. This tournament is useless in the broader tennis spectrum and none of top tier talent come to play. It’s a huge shame since this is the fastest grass court on the tour.

I think balls too play an important role as to how it travels off the court. So it's not the grass that makes the difference, it is the balls they're using. A case in point is compare the court speed at RG and Bastad in Sweden.

@@nicolaspalma9362watched the match? Yes great serve but also some great returns. He got broken but then also came back in the third. Servebots don’t really get broken and play 1000 tie breaks (isner, Hubi). Opelka isn’t my favorite player but surely not just a servebot. I suggest watching a match before commenting. 😂😂

Interesting that Mannarino’s level seems to have dropped ever since he got a clothing sponsor. I noticed the same thing that happened with Karatsev back in 2022. Ig being sponsorless seems to help motivate some players to perform well

8th game giron losing his serve . Watch it back closely. I mean giron tried his absolute best to win that last point he didnt have a single chance to play an attacking shot . All he could do was hit the ball gently back and hope his opponenet didnt hit a good shot he could miss on purpose 😂 . Scammers mate this is proof
