OMG!! I’m so happy you got Darkfever!!! Honestly the best urban fantasy out there! Mac is a beloved main character of mine, she’s a badass and KMM writing just hits so well 🤌🏻🤌🏻🤌🏻 the first five books are all fantastic! I can’t wait for you to meet Mac & Barrons

Eeeeeeee! I can’t wait to hear what you think of Darkfever! To this day, I’ve never been more obsessed with a series. Each book gets better. It has the best character arc ever. I reread the first 5 once a year. The first book, the main character is a little stupid, and just slightly annoying, but all the other characters are so interesting! It’s such an epic series.

Karen Marie Moning, i read that series many years ago, wait until you meet Jericho Barrons...he stands....apart!! They are so so much fun, if you like them, her Highlander series is fun too, i never finished them and i always say im gonna get back to them, ive no excuse as I own all of them, but, one day.....😂😂

Also, if you love the Fever series, you can still get hold of the hardcovers. The covers aren’t great, especially the first two, but it’s nice that you have the option. The Arcane Society did special editions of the first five books, and I was able to snag a set. They’re gorgeous. Also something to put on your wish list if you love them.

Another classic paranormal romance you can try is the Psy Changeling series by Nalini Singh. It has the best plot I have ever read in an interconnected standalone series.

Hi Rachel, love your videos, you always get me excited to read new books. I'm wondering, do you have a method you use to finish one book after another without reading the next book in the same tone as the one before? For example after I read Plated Prisoner I felt like I needed to take time and space before picking up Forth Wing so to not muddle character traits and lore. What is your advjce? I would love to get through more books without taking long breaks in between but without diluting the individual feel of each book. Thanks in advance and keep up the great work!

I emailed the author they directly sent me a replacement. They don’t want us returning the book to amazon to avoid giving it to someone else.

With that being said, with all these books, especially the heavy thick ones, do you ever read them on Kindle? Or do you both? If you do use a Kindle how do you use it? I've been wanting to buy a Kindle but am super hesitant because it may lack the same feel as a book, and I'm also scared it might replace buying physical books altogether for me. Please let me know~

You are not alone with that cover apparently, if you email the author/publisher they will replace it. It's an early misprint that was sent out by mistake.
