Bhaiya ek achi body bnane ke liye sbse jaruri hai displine. For example - Mera weight 55 hai ab merko 70 tk bulk krna hai aur me kisi aur ki 3000-4000 hazar calories ki diet lene lgta hu me jada se jada 1 month bi ni le pauga aur ulta mera fat he gain hoga (patients) aur displine sbse important hai , apne bhi jab shru kia hoga to Jo shurvat me rtha ha ek motivation alag he hoti hai kyuki shru me hmarko lgta hai 2-3 month me aram se body ban jayegi 2-3 month ke baad bi itne khas results nhi ate fir kuch log (Quit ) kr dete hai but Jo log fir bhi apna displine nhi bhulte aur Patients rkhte hai vhi kuch kr pate hai . I have been into fitness from 2-3 yrs I have realised that one of the most important and ignored thing is the diet If you have a good diet, even with normal workout 30 min you can maintain good physic with good fat levels
