PÖTTINGER opened its doors again to the public after 12 years. More than 11,000 people flocked to the sites in Grieskirchen, St. Georgen, Taufkirchen and TIZ Landl on 1 July 2023, where the company's expertise and innovative strength were on display. The weather and atmosphere for the guests and employees were just as perfect for the occasion.
PÖTTINGER offered a variety of entertaining programme points for the whole family: the motto "Everyone needs agriculture!" ran through all the activities, from the morning pint after tapping the beer keg to the Schuhplattler performance, a viewing crane and attractive raffles. A cooking demonstration whetted the appetite for regional and international delicacies. The numerous little PÖTTINGER fans also got their money's worth at the extensive children's programme. Both historical and current machines were on display as visitors could take a tour through the history of the agricultural machinery manufacturer. A special highlight was of course the look behind the scenes during an interesting factory tour through the halls of the three locations and the TIZ Landl. PÖTTINGER presented itself as an attractive and popular employer with over 2,000 employees and a turnover of more than 500 million euros. Those interested were able to find out about the numerous fields of work, the comprehensive social benefits and the meaningful work in the career garden. The overwhelming number of visitors enjoyed a very entertaining and enjoyable day at the centre of agricultural technology at PÖTTINGER and felt first-hand: Everyone needs agriculture!
