hi. the reason for the video was to show an "open magsafe 2 connector" ...just as it's explained in the video. Most people have not had the opportunity of seeing the 'insides' of a magsafe 2 connector....

Thanks Georg for watching. Indeed opening a magsafe 2 connector (perfectly) is next to impossible. I knew it was a matter of time before someone enquired how its done. My attempt here was pure luck! I found one which was not so 'tight' and with a few 'prods' with a blade and pin, it slid back! Since this is a rare occurence, i took it up and made the video- to show show how it looks from the inside! I have damaged many in an attempt to open them. you could try it too!
