To access our modem, we must know the IP of the modem and username and password, if you do not know, we in San google the make and model of our modem.

Also if this doesn't work for you make sure you entered the correct IP address. It didn't work for me and I didn't know what's the problem and then I noticed I entered incorrect IP . And maybe your IP is dynamic and is changing by your provider so double-check it before you enter it to your settings.

I opened the port, but Gameranger still throws an error. If I run through VPN, then everything is fine. What could be?

By the way, if you don't know your IP to enter to this field, go to Run (press Start - type Run), type "cmd", press enter, then type "ipconfig" and look for ipv4 address.

I got a problem When i type in my modem IP, it takes so long and then it appears like "Google Chrome couldn't connect to your IP" I tried mozilla and IE The result is the same Help me please

Still doesn't work for me.. Tried already a few times but I keep getting the same error once opening gameranger. Followed these steps exactly and I'm sure that I'm using the correct (and fixed) IP-Adress. Someone that can help me out? Thanks a lot!

Hi, I'm using Railwire Broadband with TP-Link router, i tried everything for port forwarding, but no use, it says Symmetric NAT router, even i will be happy if it changes to Port restricted Con Nat router. Solutions needed badly, please help!!!

+Marc Calloway go in forwarding and then go to DMZ option and Click the Enable button.Enter the IP address of a local PC that is set to be DMZ host in the DMZ Host IP Address field.Click the Save button. then you're good to go...

check your Windows firewall, add gameranger to firewall exclusions public and private network, maybe works

hi, maybe allow gameranger to firewall, private and public network (Allow a App through Windows firewall)

NfsEAGameR I have modem and router. I "unlock" router. Modem never was the problem and we test it on LAN.. it was OK...byt gameranger and hamachi are not working.
