Welcome to my 100% Achievement/Trophy Guide for Open Roads!

So this is the remarkable and simpleh loveleh debut game from the Open Roads Team and we play as Tess & Mother Opal as we go from having to pack up a house, to going on a small adventure where we have to find out what was going on with Opals own father!
It is a relaxing yet intriguing story and i hope for a second game or some DLC at least!
As for achievements, they are genuinely easy, you have to do a slight bit of exploring for some, but nothing too difficult.
If you miss something, you get chapter select anyway :)

Thanks for the video! Great work. To answer your question about if in the US we still have roller skaters that serve food. There is one place here in Ohio called Dog and Sudz (yes with a Z on the end) that is a drive in diner where you sit in your car and order your food and they bring it out to you... on roller skates. Still... in 2024. It opened in 1954 and is still running today. They sell the best root beer in a frosted mug you'll ever have. So good!

Thanks for this guide! I’ve been using it to get the daily “Earn an achievement in Game Pass” quest. Which helps me get the weekly and monthly quest. I’ve just been getting 1 achievement daily and pausing it. Then coming back the next day for another.

There’s still some skater waiters around if you look hard enough. A few Sonic Drive Ins have them but they’re not as common as they were even 15 years ago.

Love the videos but would be really helpful at start of videos if you could let us know what the save game aspect is like. I do the daily achievements for reward points and noticed after getting an achievement some games make you go back a fair way back the next day repeating several steps to get the next one.

Thanks Welsh! Strange a game this vanilla was 1st announced in Dec of 2020. I was looking forward to it and was expecting way more. They originally hyped it up as branching narrative paths like As Dusk Falls. Things seem pretty linear to me. Also the run time being around an hour? Wonder what happened during development to this one.

You realize this was made by the team who made Gone Home right? And it was always promoted as a mother-daughter roadtrip game. The reason the game was released in this state is because 75% of the small team broke away bc the head of the studio. I can't believe it was released at all.
