Living in a structure like this has to be life changing. I love designs with access to all rooms down an open hallway such as this.

This is a close example to Mr. K's actual home, which is on over half an acre, and larger, but the expensive space allowing the outdoors in, is a trademark Killingsworth touch. incredible!. I long one of his amazing water features here though.

Such a perfect simple small home layout, would watch an hour long video on this home. Just put the camera on a stand on a scene for 5 minutes then go to another scene. Could be a cool concept. Thanks for posting.

I grew up in a boring (if comfy) suburban Colonial but down the road one of my best friend's lived in a spectacular mid Fifties house in the woods designed by a pupil of Mies. Of course back in the day he and his sister hated it - why do we have to live in O'Hare? and years later their mom admitted that she had been quite reluctant as well - how do you "place" furniture in rooms that aren't square but had let her husband talk her into it. Fast forward a century and architecture fans were wanting to photograph it and they were very glad that other than new kitchen and adding a two car next to old one car garage nothing had structurally been done to muck it up. When their folks finally went (as most of my lots WW2 era parents have now) the kid's biggest issue was finding a buyer who would love and maintain it.

Nate, Love this house. I am a huge fan of early 1950s modern. It's more sensuous than some later eras of modern. Interesting, I am restoring an historic Nantucket style home from the 1920s in a wonderful historic area of Cleveland Heights, OH. Never thought I would live here, but now I loving it all and know I have found my place, at least for now. What a great house you have and what a cute dog.

Listening and watching the owner talk about the house, one can see the admiration come through. Either that or the dude is really high.

Beautiful video, I enjoyed it...the music track is too loud, and competes for the owner's informative narration; please fix the music volume.

I must comment, anyone that said that the house looks like a dentist office it is because they are jealous coz they cannot have a place like that or they haven’t got a clue of what good taste and a calm home is, if that was a dentist office my teeth would be perfect.

What ruins this place is Gov newson, as people in California are disturbed for voting for him, love the house but I could not live there and couldn't afford to

There was a much publicized effort to recall Gov. Newsom that failed miserably. 61.9% of the votes were to keep Newsom in office through the end of 2022 while only 38.1% of voters cast ballots to remove him. One year after that recall effort, Newsom easily won the his second gubernatorial election.

Thank you for your videos. I enjoy open floor plans and am blessed with one, with also a loft and high ceilings (but also costs more to heat and cool, so would not get the high ceilings again, possibly). The real Name of the Creator is Hayah asher Hayah, as what He told Moses (Exodus 3:14). There is a curse to the G-o-d name (Isaiah 65:11-12), but that is altered in the English Scriptures. The warning NOT to set a table for G-o-d is preserved in the Hebrew Scriptures. Also, all the followers of the Messiah, all those betrothed to Him, are supposed to do the 7 appointed times (Leviticus 23), but no more animal sacrifices, following the Crucifixion of the Messiah. At this time, the Father split the curtain in the Temple, thus resigning the Temple as the place He would dwell. He now will dwell in our temple/body, if we genuinely ask for this, to be filled with the RYH HaQDSH (Spirit, the Righteous) of the Creator. We are now of the order of MLK TSDQ (King, Righteous), to Whom ABRaHM tithed.
