Rather than atleast putting the max available level for too kill a gyatsu to 1000 or level 1500 but no it needs 2000 level which mostly means its uselesss since almost all the 2000 leveled have a good Kagune or Qui already the first 2 days of teh boss appearance there were no level req so evel level 1 can deal damage which couldve helped them but eh its fine
