I guess I'm not such unluckiest man, but still I'm not luckiest man. I got 2 legendary Starr drops on my main account (nothing interesting, but from other Starr drops I got two skins on Max) and 3 legendary Starr drops on alt account (again, nothing interesting), and just like you I got Angelo from mythic Starr drop on alt (on main I have all brawlers)
