that's just bad luck they're annoying when I accidentally got john on my last gacha tix when the only new character was Cinnamoroll and when I got john I said "JOHN HOW COULD YOUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUU" Since I got Kuromi after getting 4 gacha tix after trying to get her I was screaming bc I've always wanted her and also your comment is sad to hear
