The 2023 KCBL season has officially kicked off. Matt Foster (Captain) and the Yetis, received the 4th overall pick in this years Blitzball Draft. Matt is coming off a decent 2022 season where the franchise sits at 3-3. Looking for more offensive production at the plate and a solid pitcher, yetis Draft Josh Holmes (starting pitcher in game 1).
Slimes coming off a winless 2022 season with the 2nd overall pick in this years draft, Blake Sappingfield (Captain) and the Slimes draft Como Blitzball All-Star, Joey Dimeo. Joey looks to bring great pitching, as well as overall energy to the Slimes while keeping the 2022 RBI leader in Will Mundil at the plate.
Game 1 of the 2 game series, will decide how each franchises records will start off in 2023. Joey (SLI) and Josh (YET) get the start in the bump for each team.
