S P A T E presents 'SILVER ADDICTS' Episode 1
S P A T E is proud to present a brand new series all about the pursuit of Atlantic Salmon and those that pursue them. For episode 1 we venture to the very far north of Scotland for the opening day of the River Helmsdale, one of Scotlands most famous and prolific rivers, which is subsequently the first river in Scotland to open and also one of the few rivers that offers free fishing to anyone who would like to have a go for the first two weeks of the season. The aim of this trip was to find out if we could catch a January Springer in the North of Scotland, but soon found out opening day is about far more than just catching a fish.
