The NEW Class 150 from Bachmann has finally had a re-tool (or re-engine, at least) and now you can see straight through both units!

Great video. These units run in First Great Western where I live. They are also are often coupled to class 153s.

Just bought a class 150/2 in Northern livery from my local model shop. I questioned them on whether it had had interior lights (didn't expect it to), anyway I chipped it as soon as I got home and was shocked to see the whole thing light up when it went on the railway! Extremely pleased, I recommend you buy one.

Livery looks spot on spent last week on holiday in Hayle just outside st Ives and could see them all day from the cottage and the hst's as well.

+InterCity82 That livery is very common where I come from and is the main livery foe commuter services in the south west. Sadly It has now been replaced with the GWR livery (which is just as exiting though!)

Still prefer the first one. The new one is nice and although the motor is smaller, when the internal lights are on 25% of the passengers are plunged into darkness and that really does look daft.

By the way, only 2 3 car class 150s were made, and they were both prototypes (150001 & 150002, both now in service with GWR.

A 150/2 with a gangway and a 150/1 with no gangway. You got that right. The 3 car 150/0 doesn't have one either.

Yes. That's why they're called Multiple Unit trains- because of the ability to easily connect and run units in multiple.
