My introduction to Fantasia as a child mentally in a nutshell: Seeing the vhs cover: "This is the movie with Mickey with the magic hat. I'm so excited to watch this!" When the movie starts: "What is this? This is nothing like I expected. Where's Mickey? Even if he does show up later, I don't have the patience for this!" All jokes aside, that was a very interesting first impression I got from this film back in the day.
