Yes I have another out-of-print DVD of Ice Age besides the original 2002 DVD, but it's the Super Cool Edition. This DVD was released to coincidence with Ice Age: The Meltdown until it went out of print in favor of the 2005 DVD.

I noticed that it had the THX logo on the spine of the DVD cover...

Yeah, but the THX logo is not shown. Only the 2002 DVD and the 2005 DVD have it.

If the THX trailer was to appear on the opening, it would be the Digitally Mastered DVD version of the Broadway trailer.

@@dankusoonyt7473Either the THX trailer would appear in between the 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment logo and FBI Anti-Piracy Warning screen or at the end of the movie.
