Another thing that help me through depression was getting to understand life doesn't hate u,things happened it doesn't mean that it against u in anyway it just life doing it course.

I felt it for real when you said people deal with heartbreak by being with other people and taking bad advice from friends. I was in a 9 year relationship since highschool and we have 3 babies together we just broke up and I felt like I couldn’t sleep without laying next to somebody of course I had my babies but it’s a different feeling I was missing. I fell into depression and I’m better now but I find myself falling back in. You have to take time for yourself and just focus on you because it’s not healthy at all. I’m so much better now 😩 y’all got me emotional as hell 😭
