Man the sus on the tritone sub is a sound I’ve heard for over a decade and not known how to play and always wanted to. From the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU

Wow! Wow! Wow! In the beginning of the video I thought I would never be able to play that. But you explained it so well, that right now I am sitting in front of my piano and it sounds ... totally crooked face-ish 😂

I've been a jazz musician for 25 years and I ALWAYS learn something new from your videos. Even if it's just techniques to be a better teacher myself. You guys are really doing a great job of education, passing on the tradition, and video production (which is my other, more lucrative career), and deserve all the attention you're getting. PS I believe they're called "Michael Rush Drop 2 2 Chords," not "Open Studio Mu Chords." 😜

I'm a classical musician that's always wanted to play jazz piano. I have a masters in conducting and a bachelor's in composition. When I sit down to improvise at the piano with my intermediate piano skills, I'm always at a loss. They way you so cleanly explained how to use these techniques to spice things up was so succinct and clear. Gonna go sit down and practice!

Absolutely incredible video. I am self taught but never learned how to read music well enough. So videos like this really unlock a new world of playing for me. If I could ask for one thing for people like me: would it be difficult to highlight the keys that you are playing with a visual effect on the overhead shot of your fingers playing the notes? Just a thought and request! Love the channel!
