Perfectly explained everything 🙌 Mujhe ye theory bahut zyada sateek lgi! Bcoz, in school homework or na padhne ki wajah se teachers mujhe bahut peeटte the... So I developed fear of school and fear of contacting authority figure ... I usually scolded and ragged by students as area was rural and disrespectful so I developed low self esteem!!! Now my life seems very tough 😭😭😭 as my sense of perception become like this .... I think everyone is worst in this society... So I'm so much formal and the type of only minding my business... Not to make any contact with anyone ... Kaam se kaam type , very serious and fearful at market or banks or anywhere else,,,, except home! 😭 But deep inside I want to talk more about me and know more about people... But couldn't make efforts to avoid rejection 😭😭😭 i know it's my journey and only i have to make ways for my self... Sir, any words for me? Or suggestions??? Thanks for reading! 🙌🥺
