Theory U and Scharmer's work is destined to be a new classic. It has advanced systemic change to the next level, allowing permeability of the hard shell of science.

my own summary - you really only need to understand one thing: live in the now. It can be said that fundamentally there's only 4 distractions from this, all of which are basically placing your attention elsewhere: the past or the future, others or yourself. presence can be aware of all these things, but these can be emphasized in a way which obscures *awareness of what could be emerging* Richard Moss articulates this very same framework under the title Mandala of Being

how could "I" be a distraction from "me" ... I 'll have to think about this for a while.. it's not sinking in yet

my highest future possibility: good thought, but it isn`t my social possibility not deeply dependent on political, economic, etc. circumstances? Yes, I agree: We have to let the past go and be open for the future. But who "steers" history (also of companies), when it emerges socially?

Hmmm, my experience is different. The past and the future and now are all real states that exist along the time continuum. As for energy, isn't my energy connect where I focus? If I focus on the past thats where my energy is and if I focus on the now, this is where my energy is and if I focus on the future - that then is where my energy is? My being is also informed from all three states as well. So then wouldn't presencing then be awareness of each and choosing the now?
