I do not see modes displaying on unit when selected by wireless remote even though the temp chanes show up, fan settings . Only the mode changes have stopped appearing when changed on remote

I put my unit in Auto mode. It warms the room until it reaches higher than the set temperature, then it switches to cool mode and stays there no matter how cold it gets. It was 62 when I came back later. I cycle through the modes again to auto. It does the same thing again, warms the room up past the setpoint then switches to cool mode and lets the room freeze.

I can't seem to get the ON/OFF to show simultaneously after programming. Its one or the other which means only 1 timer is working. Any ideas? Also, if the app and the timer on the remote are both engaged at same time settings, does one override the other?

We just had 4 units installed. When in AC mode the unit continues to run even when it reaches the set point...the temp doesn't seem to further reduce so seems it changes to just fan running ... essentially the unit never shuts off completely...is that how it's designed to operate or is something wrong?

It's not working. I push off, set a time, the word off flashes then disappears. The time comes and goes and it doesnt turn off. so you set your clock set the timer ON to 1:00am set timer OFF to 1:00am because no matter what you do, the timer will recognize the times that are set and continue to turn off and on, sometimes, at those set times it is nonsense

the damn thing randomly decides to stop spitting heat i turned off the timer i changed nothing and now it wont heat piece of crap
