As what I have learned to this video , Dr. William Deming is a good example of being a good leader. A positive example and knows how to use his strength to help their team to achieve goals. Being successful managers get to know their employees and find ways to support them so they produce their best work. It's important to consistently communicate clear goals, expectations and feed back to his team.

According to what I've learnt from watching this movie, Dr. William Deming is an excellent example of a good leader. a good role model who knows how to use his strength to further the cause of the group. Managers who are effective get to know their staff members and look for methods to support them so they may perform their best work. It's crucial to regularly communicate with his staff about clear objectives, requirements, and feedback.

Less fear and a greater desire to act are caused by a leader's passion for the organization's success and its objective. Passion for the success of the organization and its mission is necessary for effective communication. This increases the leader's willingness to take the necessary actions and infuses the leader's ideas and information with a more positive energy. Passion is necessary for effective communication since it gives leadership ideas and information a stronger, more upbeat vibe.

I agree to Deming's statement because, Our customers serve as our gauge of quality. Therefore, it should be our aim to satisfy the needs and expectations of our customers. This idea about quality is crucial. Sometimes people have a tendency to believe that "quality" equates to having the best circulation, the best advertisements, and absolutely open rates.

Remove the barriers that rob the hourly worker of his right to pride of workmanship. The responsibility of supervisors must be changed from sheer numbers to quality. When we wrong someone we know, even unintentionally, we are generally expected to apologize. The person we hurt feels entitled to an admission of error and an expression of regret. We, in turn, try to ameliorate the situation by saying, “I’m sorry,” and perhaps making restitution. Although the core of his method to improve quality was the use of statistics to detect flaws in production processes, he developed a broader management philosophy that emphasized problem-solving based on cooperation. He exhorted managers to "drive out fear," so that workers would feel free to make improvements in the workplace. Quality management is a topic that is close to any business owner and manager’s heart. Whatever business we undertake, we want to do it well and if we can be the best, outdoing all our competitors, so much the better. Dr. W. Deming, a respected academic, engineer, business consultant, and author also felt that quality was the key to success.

He was a statistician and business advisor whose strategies sped up Japan's post-Second World War recovery and beyond. He developed the first philosophy and methodology that let people and organizations make plans for and continuous improvements to their own identities, relationships, procedures, goods, and services. His ideology emphasizes collaboration and ongoing development; it avoids placing blame and reframes errors as chances for growth. Deming create Deming 14 points principles of quality management. And this is the 14 points Create a constant purpose toward improvement. Adopt the new philosophy. Stop depending on inspections. Use a single supplier for any one item. By accepting responsibility, managers can learn from their mistakes and make changes to improve their company's performance. Junella Mae S. Jugarap Bsoa 3-c This statement describes the Deming approach to productivity and quality. Because only management has the authority to change the production system to eliminate them, product defects are a managerial responsibility. To change the system, management first needs to distinguish abnormal from normal variation. It also needs to specify operationally what the system is supposed to produce. With these controls in hand, the organization can predict performance, costs, and quality levels, and managers can communicate effectively with customers and people on the shop floor. And this is most important, for when management sees the system and not the workers as the cause of problems, many of the morale- sapping results of poor decisions targets no one believes in, and motivating slogans that implicitly blame workers disappear.

For a Total Quality Management (TQM) program to be successful, understanding inherent variance is fundamental. Deming came up with the idea of utilizing statistics to measure the manufacturing process, including how effective businesses were, how superior their goods were, and how well businesses were run. Abergonzado Jayrald S. Bsoa 3C Yes, I agreed that they should not blame the problem or what kind of problem is that to their competitors, and for me, the specific person that should blame is the management or manager. Because we all know being a manager and managing business, a big organization they have a lot of power, especially running their business. And this empowerment is really, useful if the manager uses it wisely and carefully with those effective strategies before doing some actions in short equipped with good decision making. This process can lead being out of failing by having those common mistakes especially in making high-quality products, projects, etc. Perhaps, we cannot prevent it even though if we have those advanced technologies like manufacturing systems, that thing can still make an error as people innovate that's why the result is accurate and has a bad outcome. And yet goods productions of the products probably done it manually by many talented people behind those companies even though it takes a lot of time but I could say creating something. And unique one never been done just by a couple of minutes but to have huge time processing to gain a different kind of quality products.

Gecale, Jocelyn P. BSOA-3C When a business is managed poorly, this ineffectiveness reverberates throughout the organization. It takes an especially heavy toll on employee morale, resulting in inferior work from workers who would often rather be engaged and productive but have inadequate incentive to perform optimally because their efforts won't be recognized or rewarded. Your employees are the face of your company, and when their morale is low because they are working under ineffective or discouraging managers, your customers will be able to see that they aren't engaged in their work or enthusiastic about your products or services.

His main goal is to raise and apply the methods of scientific practices in business. He also proposed the Plan-Do-Check-Act method of evaluating and improving management. I agree with and support his ideas because quality should always depend on design and concept because they lead to and define excellence and bring good identity. The members depend on and are led by the manager. When the manager fails because of inconsistency and things are not done effectively, it tends to have negative results. Because of this failure, it is likely to affect the management system and process. Therefore, good quality should always be considered for overall effectiveness.

CHERRYLYN S. MAHUMOT 3-C I agree to Deming's statement because your job as managing the company entails much more than simply achieving organizational objectives. You were chosen to build and manage your team, and managing a team entails that, at some point, some of your team members will make mistakes or even fail to produce a successful outcome with a project. Employees usually fail because management fails to give them the necessary resources, guidelines, or assistance.Senior management must take responsibility for their own failures when employees perform poorly. Although it's possible that they made a mistake in hiring, the issue is usually that the task needs to be altered to increase the likelihood of success.

JAYSON D. CULPA BSOA 3E deming blaming direct to the bosses of the company the way they handling a business. some of the bosses of the company can't handle farther enough by managing itself. for me i can't blame the competitor its because they have their own mind set and decision on how managing the company by themselves its up to them. they their own strategy to make all things right. and us we don't have rights to interrupt them by how they manage the company that they have. so for me i don't have to blame everyone specially the bosses. it's still up to them.

There won’t be a problem because you are convinced that your product or business is successful if the firm is effective, its management is strong, and its product is likewise good. Avoid overstressing yourself because it might have a negative impact on your work and workplace. Demings’ came to the conclusion that numerous manufacturing operations had serious flaws and could only be fixed if senior corporate managers took an active interest in doing so. Don't blame others for your stress; instead, blame yourself for allowing it to happen.

Dr. Deming as the father of quality control and also wrote the 14 points of quality management which the quality ensures that the organization's revenues and productivity increase. Personally, I assume it is inappropriate to blame your woes on the competitor because you committed the mistake and you must question and blame yourself for what you do. You must solve the problem in your company or product on your own, and it has also been stated that quality important than quantity (quality over quantity)

Dr. Williams Edwards Deming wrote the 14 points on quality management, according to what I learned. Any firm can more successfully adopt total quality management by putting these total quality management concepts in place. and also according to him, " the only person who can assess the quality of product or service is a consumer"Therefore, it should be our aim to satisfy the needs and expectations of our customers. This idea of quality is crucial. Dr. Deming's work is essential to TQM and quality management systems, which are its succe or as a philosophy.

For me I say No. you cant blame your competitor about your woes.because In building A business you already know that there is a failure before the success. competitor is the fruit of success. competitors can teach you on how to manage stress, failures in business. Aside from that, I believe in what demings believe that the leaderships is crucial in ensuring the effectiveness of Quality manangement. And, demings right because management was usually blame for the company's Failings, not to the competitors, It can only depend on how you manage it.

QUIMADA,GLAYDYL C. BSOA-3C More than just lip service is necessary to produce quality. A culture of excellence must permeate every aspect of the company in order to promote the organization's consistency of purpose. This requires more than just conventional management to accomplish. Leadership is necessary. This means that rather than having to be coerced, staff members ought to be encouraged to promote excellence. Deming advises companies to regularly review and enhance their operational procedures. He makes the point that a company can increase its earnings by increasing productivity and training its workers to perform at their highest level. A well-run team will not simply put their heads down and get the job done. They join your team of quality management personnel. They solicit assistance, offer advice, and identify potential roadblocks that you might have missed.

DUMAOP, MARYJO P. BSOA 3-C Over centuries, some of the classical philosophers fascinated and become more interested to the study of total quality of management and propose research ideas which may issues numerous outlooks of structural actions to the organization. These theorists contributed a lot towards the methods in the workplace to become more efficient and effective. One of the prominent philosophers, Dr. William Edwards Deming known as the “Father of Quality Control” expressed his perspective in regards to the TQM and share his work coined as Deming’s 14 Point Methodology. In response to the question above, we can’t blame the management’s failure. The company’s success is in the hand of the leader. Ideally, leader or managers must be able to define what's working and what's not, so he can establish plans and systematic solution to overcome complex situation. On the other hand, as what I’ve understood throughout delving to all of my subject related to management, by motivating employees, it is possible to build willingness in them to work further. To get the best results, one needs to fill the gap between willingness and ability that helps improve the levels of performance of employees. In a sense that, for any organization to maintain goodwill and reputation, it is important that the workforce is stable. The loyalty of employees towards an organization can be ensured when they are made to feel as they are considered in the management activities. Motivating the employees will make them feel good and satisfied and this can lead to stability in the long term. It is for all the above reasons motivation trainings for managers are provided so that they are able to motivate their subordinates and get the best out of them for the growth of the organization. Now, just as employees need to be motivated regularly to keep them going and work towards the growth of the organization, it is important that managers are motivated too! These professionals need to be ‘stroked’ once in a while to ensure they are able to do the same for their employees. To sum it up all my learnings, the road to corporate success no longer can be traversed merely with good products and clever marketing. Now, more than ever, managers must look to their human resource, not just to their goods and services, as a primary means to insure continued profitability. The chauffeur along the road to success will be the leader who are very efficient and effective at their daily tasks and responsibilities.
