Day 1 of my journey, 10 years using pain meds. Today I stop. My strength is not in myself but my God. Cold turkey, ran out intentionally to make sure I couldn't run to my stash. Thoughts and prayers please. Those who are in this, I pray for your victory.

Shame you're not on a 'script', but if you're doing a raw rattle then hats off to ya'...✌️. Be best in the long term without liquid or tablet handcuffs etc

@@nickycotton6137 I would never go down that way again been on scripts in the past both 🧃 and subs all same shit only prescribed, I actually think methadone should be banned it ruins life's, you can't win in this game, it a raw rattle but it's expected

Currently now on Espranor (8mgs) after being on 14mg's of Subutex for nigh on a decade, but do prefer the Espranor tbh. Wish had encountered it before!

Don't be! I felt the same a year ago after months of doom scrolling. But what it did was prepare me for the worst. I was up to 300mg a day of oxy for 7 yrs. I quit at home, no meds and it wasn't nearly as bad as I expected. It wasn't fun, but it wasn't hellish either
