I remember some of the comics complaining that Ope used to stare at his phone during the show and they never knew if he was listening or not. It's just rude. Maybe people talk shit about Opie because they genuinely don't like him. I highly doubt most people care about being original or having a good comment. I think they just listen to a lot of O&A and are getting irritated at Opie's little quirks and want to vent. Not every comment is posted to get a reaction out of others. Some of it is genuine.

E101ification You might be a wee bit too invested in a old radio shows talking heads. Everyone gossips a bit at work about the others its human nature. There was nothing terrible said or done by O or A. If you listened without bias, you would hear O constantly laughing at the other twos jokes and complimenting them both. You never hear the other two encouraging or helping O the way he does them. I would bet that where O has brothers the other two are only kids or have way older sisters they hardly ever saw.
