@wes11bravo Жыл бұрын
@@stephenp2174- Most of you guys have known this for years. Me and the rest of us dumbasses came upon all this stuff after the fact. I became a fan of Anthony almost immediately just from KZfaq videos. When he'd do breakdowns of post O&A stuff, yeah, it was obvious that Opie's podcast was embarrassingly unfunny and that they hated each other. Beyond that, I had no context. After listening to just one of these, it's amazing to me that O&A lasted as long as it did. At best, Opie is tits on a bull. At worst, he kills all the momentum. The way he shoehorns his unfunny observations into Jimmy and Anthony's riffing is agonizing.
@stephenp2174 Жыл бұрын
@@wes11bravo tits on a bull, what is he posing for Bulls Illustrated or sumthin? Tssss The real hot take is that Opie was a big part of what made O&A great, it was a live radio show and not a Rogan podcast, so they had to keep time, take commercial breaks and callers, because that was the deal. Also Ant and Jim played a lot better off Opie. Gregg wasn't the quickest comedic mind obviously, but he gave them topics to riff on and brought a meanness to the show that Ant and Jim can't achieve solo. Ant by himself is a right wing nut and Jim is a fence sitting zilch.

Conservatives have always been on the wrong side of history. That you have the gall to say that women and blacks were HAPPIER without civil rights is appalling. And how exactly can someone go to jail for Christian values? I grew up in Neighborhood in Boston MA. At 6, 7, 8 years old in the 1970's we were all told about the freaks out there and what they wanted to do. They were never referred to as gay but as PEDOPHILES. My friends and I all knew to run, scream, kick, punch, stab, whatever it takes to get away. Our parents schooled/scared us early. Living in the city you had to grow up early. As far as I know none of us were ever a victim.
