Sirius had so much faith in Bubba's ability that they opted to rebroadcast his FM show so they didn't need to pay him to broadcast a live show. Bubba is also the guy that got sued by Nielsen for paying people to manipulate the ratings. His credibility as a broadcaster is nil.

I wonder when this was recorded as Opie was on with Bubba well over a year ago and they made up. Closer to 2 years ago.

Of course they made up. Opie needs every fucking lifeline to below mediocre fame he can get. This desperate hack Opie did Stuttering John's shitty podcast live from his "ZEN Room".

@@Finechug I don't necessarily disagree with you, but... Any of that previous talent would never work in today's radio landscape. Bubba's new format is far better than anything on the radio right now. And I will take it over Manson's old regurgitated bits and terrible songs.

@@Finechug I am. But mostly, I'm a fan of the content in general. No idea why that's an issue with you but ok......anyway, I have actually enjoyed every lineup of bubba's show. I really enjoy hearing Dan and Jay. I like what they add overall. Hope that's OK with you!

Some say he bombed at that Big Jay Oakerson roast. I say it was somewhere in the middle. He didn't exactly kill, but people in the crowd _were_ laughing.

@@gspendlove no that was a long time ago. He recently did stand up during a baseball game in front of an empty stadium. Bombed horribly and was tripping over microphone wires, all kinds of shenanigans. He did these impressions you would think it's the real thing.
