ICEGOD2 Buuuuut, they agreed to air games in season 2, but McMahon balked (is that how you spell his name? too lazy to google). Supposedly, it was something to do w/ him being butt-hurt about ESPN not covering the WWE. So Vince's ego killed the league, in essence.

Shockfactor22 that's an unreasonable offer, if the product was actually good then they would have gotten a better offer, so the XFL being shit is the reason it ended after 1 year. And also that's just UPN, I'm pretty sure NBC backed out of the second season anyways and they owned half of everything

I think I figured out opies real problem. he is great at Radio. not being funny, edgy, cool, comfortable with people or necessarily smart, he is great at the aspects of the business he claims to hate. he is like the weird guy that a friend brings around that you don't treat like shit to not hurt your buddy. sad really
