Loved seeing the cat! You know, in the perfect world you would be able to eat not so late, but life isn't perfect, so don't worry about the late eating, it's what you are doing and what your body is doing! I tend to error on the side of natural, and don't take anything. But I know that some people do and seem to have good results. BUt is it sustainable for a lifetime? I've seen them also gain back after they stop the meds. Ultimately, it's your decision! Talk to your doctors and get their advice!

Mildred is something she was our dog Rocky's cat he passed away three years ago so she's very special to us. Yeah, I don't think I will try anything without talking to my dr. first. I'm just feeling helpless with this knee right now. Thank You for watching😊

Happy Monday Christy!🤗 That is hot, my friend. I would talk to both your doctor and your surgeon, about the injections and your surgery. Also, you could ask if you need some extra electrolytes if it is that hot outside while you are working. You are doing a great job! Hello sweet Mildred. Great update! 💙

Haven’t heard of that medicine before all I’ve ever heard is that after they get off the medicine all the wait comes back. I think it’s best to check with your doctor and see what they recommend. Have a nice week 💙

Happy Sunday Christy❤ my thought is look into the side effects. Also, the people I know that have done it gain the weight back when they go off it because they really didn’t change any other bad habits. The shot just kept them from eating to much.

Hey Christy! New subbie here!!! Ducky sent me! Looking forward to following your progress. My coworker did the semaglutide in January and dropped 40lbs in 5 months! My boyfriend started it about 1.5months ago and hasn’t noticed any difference and hasn’t lost anything. That being said I want to try it too. 😅
