OPPO and OnePlus Are Leaving Europe?!?

Жыл бұрынAfter finding out that the OPPO Find X6 Pro would not be coming to the UK I was hugely disappointed. The news of OPPO and potentially OnePlus leaving the UK market as well as other European markets was the worst possible news to wake up to this morning.

The problem the BBK group have is that they overlap each of there brands in certain markets. I think they have now identified in a way what works and what doesn't in certain markets and most likely have made the decision to pull certain brands from certain markets. The unification of Oppo and OnePlus a few years back most likely was the start of this journey. It's a shame, but from a business point of view makes sense. Almost at 1k mate, so not long to go...😎

It's a shame they didn't come to that realisation earlier. OnePlus could have been a big player in the UK I think if they had put the resources into it. It's a shame. Still worried that even if they stay they're not going to release their halo products. Indeed not long. This is video 100 too lol

I have worked 4 years for EE and Oppo was one of the top sales brand's, if Oppo leaves that is their loss, and unfortunately customers will suffer 😞

Oppo and Vivo are unique companies from BBK since they're not shy to make their products expensive but at the same time their products tend to be the better ones out of all the others. It's really a shame seeing them both rolling away until things get better which might be a while and that might be enough time for Samsung and Apple to grow and become the ones in control. Hopefully OnePlus can keep making great flagship killers and grow to not make that happen

Sadly OnePlus and oppo aren't as popular in UK and Europe. Sadly the prices are high and people rather get Samsung or Apple for a similar money 💰

Fingers crossed man. Would be pretty devastating. Sounds like UK may be safe for OnePlus but OPPO definitely leaving and some European markets. Let's see indeed.

We still may have to purchase the OPPO flagships if OnePlus follows vivo's precedent with the 90 Pro. Glad to see that not all is lost.

It kinda seems like OnePlus will at least be sticking around but if we don't get their flagship devices it will be a shame. A OnePlus version of the X6 Pro? I'd take it.

Yeah it's a worrying prospect. Especially if the US treats other Chinese brands like they did Huawei. Always the chance that filters down to here like most things.

I have an oppo a94 5g, it has a headphone jack, dual sim card tray and a micro SD card tray. Sad to see them go but i guess my next device will be a Samsung because I've loved Samsung ever since I was a kid.

@@GroundedTech i'll buy the s series in the future because the phone i'm using right now is fine, the phones look so beautiful especially the ultras, i think i will be using adapters for the sd card so that won't be too much of an issue and i'll listen to music wirelessly since myheadphones are both wire and wireless.

@eymenthug not a bad solution at all. The S series is pretty great. An S23 on discount next year or even the year after would be a cracking buy.

I hope they don't, I love my Oppo A57s, if they pull out, I'm not sure what brand I'd go with next. The phone just has such a great design and build, leagues above other brands at the same price.

i liked their phones i had several models, sad, first huawei than Oppo. At the End we just have Apple, google and Samsung, xiaomi

I've tried Oppo. Like them a lot but they're not bringing their flagships here for now. Xiaomi at least are. Got a video from a couple of months back on the Oppo Reno 8 Pro that I did if you want to check it out 👍🏻
