As a community, we need to stop looking down on practical roles like plumbers, electricians, construction workers, etc. With the raising lists of jobs that we no longer needed, these are one of the safest and reliable source of employment. In some cases, these same people end up being entrepreneurs.

How can you pay a plumber 10k a month and expect them to live. The minimum a plumber in SA should earn is about 25k nothing less. However the economy is so weak that their are companies that milk the workers.
