Because politicians have failed us time and time again. People like her because she would lead with compassion and integrity. She is highly intelligent and well spoken. She understands the struggles of the poor and of the common person because she grew up that way. She would govern with heart and not for special interest's donations. Her charity work and generosity tells me she is 1000 times more qualified than the current presidential placeholder. I'm sorry you still think race is an issue but most high minded people tend to look at a person's character rather than the color of their skin.
