In terms of the MRI brain v. orbit, would you happen to know if it is institutional dependent? All of the MRI brains that I have ordered at my institution seems to include all structures up to cornea. There is a specific order for MRI orbit, which we usually get in conjunction with the MRI brain, which to me seems to just add more slices I guess to detect more subtle or smaller areas of optic nerve hyper intensity?

Can you please talk about compressive optic neuropathy and timing of decompression?
