If you do have diagnosed ADHD, then the whole "hustle grindset always be disciplined" thing is genuinely going to continue to eat you alive until you die. All that self help stuff is made for people with regular brains. While some of it is actually super helpful, the majority of it simply wont work for people with neurodivergency. If you can't ever realize that, then the cycle will just be you SUPER struggling to do the same stuff neurotypical people do, except you'll start to blame yourself and put yourself down, rather than looking at alternative ways to do things and understanding that your brain has been physically formed differently than the average person. Adding to that, this will only make your anxiety WORSE. Every flycast you talk about struggling with discipline and routine, which then spirals your anxiety. As someone diagnosed with both anxiety and ADHD, they play off each other like MJ and Pippen except instead of being the GOAT NBA duo, they're the GOAT self-destruction duo. Ik this is a yt comment, but I would highly recommend starting Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help cope with these things and develop ways to actually function. Genuinely life changing

Stopping the flycast would be a huge mistake. This is a better unfiltered/off script OpTic podcast. I enjoy both, but always seem to enjoy these better

Hitch's take on ranked play is so spot on. Personally, I think ranked was fun to watch for the first couple of days but now it's just super boring and linear. I like to watch for the fun gameplay and interesting personalities... watching my favorite streamer callout and not interact with chat for a couple hours is a waste of time. I love ranked but it's just a cop-out excuse for "content." Anyway, love the pod, it's like participating in a fun therapy session ! By far my favorite right now.

When starting a channel you should get all the optic people on or relationships that are big so you grow a huge subscriber count early and then you mix in other guests from different places of context with your base so CoD fans get exposed to other people as well as the viewership pushes the videos to more eyes. The way it is now, around the bar will never be as big because the growth isn’t there. It had so much potential
