Allah created the universe.

Asking universe is not same as asking Allah. Please that's shirk. Allah created the universe and Allah is the only ruler of the universe. Only ask from Allah.

My question is, why do Allah SWT fulfill non muslim's wishes. I mean they don't believe in Allah SWT but still he fulfills.

Ayesha 1st reason is - Because Allah Subhana Wa Ta'ala doesn't want to lose his believers, your question is the answer itself. Non Muslims who doesn't believe in God, they are only think about money, wealth big houses they just think about this world. They don't care and think about Akhiro, and Allah doesn't care of them. Allah doesn't want to lose his beloved believers - muslims. Allah will give everything you want, if you ask him from bottom of your heart, believing to that your wishes and your dua will come true. 2nd reason is Allah created us and let us to choose our life by ourselves. You can choose yourself to be Muslim or Christian, earn halal or haram, eat halal or haram, Allah just said. Don't do that, that and that etc...and said ask me for everything and I'll give you. So if you think Allah will give to non Muslim but not to me - it will be your wish, your willing. Angels write down this order to their notebook "give to non Muslims, and don't give to me" and they bring this order to Allah. And you will get your order in real life. Change your mindset, just ask Allah, feel that you are already have what you are asking from Allah. Believe that, there is Allah's promise, "Ask me and I'll give you everything you want". if Muslim asks him for something so Allah will give it to him!

Al-Imran 145 so anyone who desires something even only in this world, which means they could be unbelievers, Allah's law is to give it to them.

Very True.. But the only limitation to the Secret is - it only motivates people to reach out for the realities of the world (duniya). But Islam talks beyond the realities of The World - ie., The akhir (The afterlife). So we have much more responsibility beyond the realities of the World.

+Shucayb Axmed Ducaale أنا عند ظنّ عبدي بي isn't that directed to muslims for عبدي means my slave and بي means me. so it states that the muslims praying to god. how does that still work while un muslims still have the same results but don't directed to god nor are they his followers. i am muslim but don't understand this.
