Tom Bilyeu is a master in interviewing guests, he handled the random acquintance start well by not reacting and letting the guest explains himself. And as a result the interview started without a question.

This podcast single-handedly provided the information I needed to cure my case of severe Eczema which I suffered with for over 36 years (the info at 30:20 min was gold!). I treated my Eczema through the gut using supplements like L-Glutamine and Colostrum powder which Ben suggested along with Vitamin K2 D3, and slowly but surely my skin has never been better! Now that I have my life back, it's time to go after my prosperity. Thank you Ben Greenfield and Tom Bilyeu!

Hi, as an 85 year old lady I have loved listening to you modern spiritual beings. At your age we looked forward to a new generation arriving and what their thoughts would be. Hopefully an upgrade to our thoughts. We were called New Age because we looked forward to the year 2000. Actually when it came it did not mean a thing but I can see a movement forward in your conversation. What will you think when you watch the next generation, will they show even more light Ben?

Even if many “methods” are un-studied or considered “woo-hoo”, Ben is bringing them to the table for discussion. I love hearing him go deep on hiohacking !! Awesome. I cringed at that too, but honestly I imagine that someone like Ben gives great value to the term 'friend'. For him it would probably mean a level of love and commitment to the person way deeper than "hey, we are like-minded and enjoy connecting and sharing our interests every now and then". I think it's healthy to be slow and cautious to hand out the title of 'friend' to ensure the friendships you do have are strong and meaningful. Just my random thought about the subject I felt like sharing.

I’m so glad I stuck with this. My first impression of Ben was far from where I landed at the end. He’s super intentional with all aspects of his life and it feels genuinely balanced. Life goals. (Spoiler alert ...don’t scroll) How he eats, preparing the meal as a family, the rituals around gratitude and prayer, the magic of life, eye gazing, and how he intentionally stays connected to his wife on a spiritual soul level, it’s beautiful and incredibly admirable. Major props to this guy. I’m also glad he mentioned wifi RF signal blockage, ethernet use, and incandescent lightbulbs at home. I’ve been in this camp for over a decade...I found this validating.

Man I've still got so much to learn! 4 years ago I was homeless drinking, gambling, drugs, depression tablets I lost my baby daughter, no parents, fighting everyday of my life for almost 30 years and I've came off all this by the love of my other daughter who almost died to. I meditate 3 times a day, in the gym twice a day, I read a book once a week, I'm doing 4 courses on life coaching, neuro science and meditation and mindfulness, I work 50 hours a week and I see my daughter everyday! I'm trying my bloody hardest my days are 18 hours long I've still got plenty energy but feel I'm still not getting anywhere it's like I'm just running on a treadmill. Wish I could let go a bit and just live my life but I want to have a better future than my past. Pre ordered this book few weeks ago suppose I just need to keep growing and learning but when you guys speak I feel I'm still so far away from my dreams. Thank you anyway for your videos if you read this or not. Much love x

There is a very special relationship between the soul and the body, which together form a human being. This relationship lasts only the span of a mortal life. When this ceases, each one returns returns to it's origin, the body to the world of dust and the soul to the spiritual worlds of God. Having emanated from the spiritual realms, created in the image and likeness of God, and capable of acquiring divine qualities and heavenly attributes, the soul, after it's separation from the body, progresses for all eternity.

To Ben, absolutely loved your explanations, or inability to truly explain things of the Spirit and of God, and that's what you are talking about. The magical, peaceful bliss you speak of is the baptism of the Holy Spirit. Luv ya Tom, you can have that, too, you just have to ask. It is not religion, that is man-made, it's spirituality; Christianity. You're made the same way, like all of us. Ben, what a lovely family you have created, and your wife and children are so very fortunate. Wow! Bless you.

Absolutely one of the best from Tom and Ben is phenomenal, amazing conversation. Surprised that no one seems to get that Ben's trying to make a joke when saying the "random acquaintance" words. I've listened to his podcast for years and that's a typically Ben way of joking. Saying something like that in a deadly serious tone. Didn't work very well, but I'm almost hundred percent certaint that it was intended to be a tounge in cheek thing.

Here are some thoughts on this episode: I feel so inferior to Ben. I am so envy at his lifestyle; everything from the way he raises his kids to the way he eats and aware of all aspects of health and cures to the way they entertain together at nights, the thinking he puts into every phase of his life, the sex, the connections with his family. Nothing is random or coincidental. 2) he is so honest (I.e the random acquaintance answer) does not budge with the truth 3) he is very focused and his answers are methodological, he remembers what he wants to say 4) he is a bit too serious 5) I find him really sexy.

I was very skeptical my whole life about having a soul, I wanted to believe, so badly, in fact most of my life I have felt very alone and I felt almost jealous that people had a relationship with God or “believed”..and I was fortunate to be with my 96 year old grandmother, holding her hand as she passed, and I can tell you we definitely have a soul, it tangibly leaves our body when we pass. I didn’t even cry, I felt so happy for her, and in awe of what I had witnessed. I have cried many times since, because I miss her, but I can tell you now, with certainty, that we have a soul, it lifted out of her, it was palpable and peaceful. I hope this helps someone.

Kids have don't understand the concept of long term impacts of the things they do. I agree with allowing them to experience consequences and not sheltering, however they don't necessarily have that capacity when it is a long term affect

If someone from Tom’s team is reading this, I think his very specific spiritual questions could be thoroughly answered from a Christian perspective by a guy named Dr. William Lane Craig. In my opinion, he’s the best speaker on the intricacies of science, philosophy, and religion while maintaining a level head. He regularly debates prominent atheists and never loses his cool. If Tom is seriously interested in getting those tough questions answered, I think this is the best guy to explain it from the Christian perspective.

HOLY F*** TOM!!!! Wow! Wow WOW!!! That's really all I can say. That's alot to digest forsure! Gonna have to watch this a few times just to fully gather all this crazy info. I am impressed!! Still 45mins left and my mind is racing. I had to take serveral breaks make several rewinds. What I thought I knew. 😱🤦🏾‍♀️ means nothing. This is why I love you!! You're always reminding me through your interviews that you can never cap your knowledge ❤️❤️ and some times its worth trying something new. I'm thinking about trying this carnivore diet. I was vegan a few months and that was amazing but it did something to me and now I have a gluten allergy. The presence of Celiac disease is in my DNA. When I had that checked out, but I don't know if I would have had this allergy come up if I did not go vegan. I wonder if the opposite lifestyle will reverse the effect in my DNA?There is just so much to learn and try!! I can't wait to experiment

This is my second time listening to this episode. I heard a lot of things that I missed the first time around that I found very interesting and informative. I will probably listen to it again the content was very good. I never heard before about gazing into your loved one eyes. My husband has been passed away for one year as of February 10 and at this point I have no interest in anybody. But if I ever do find someone I can connect with I will try The EyeGazing for connecting on a deeper more spiritual level with your partner.

Hey Tom! Love your podcasts and talks! Ben Greenfield is amazing biohacker I pay attention to as well. Great stuff! I dont know if you would read this comment but I thought I would share a bit on spirituality since you and I may have wrestled with similar doubts and thoughts. Besides I have learned so many great things from you, would be amazing if I can return the favor a tiny bit. I've never been spiritual or religious and at some point I was even against them, believing they are used to manipulate people into subservience. However, after listening to Alan Watts' lectures "Out of your mind" I rediscovered spirituality in a broader, scientifically accommodating sense. I am sure that everyone has a different take on "believe" based structures, but what Alan Watts speaks of seems the most useful and peaceful way of perceiving the world around us, spiritually and otherwise. Hope it helps. All the best in your journey of longevity! I am right behind you! Lets see who lasts longer :D

Tom, it's shown that we retain less information with the more we take in. It's better to read and reread a handful of books many times instead of reading many. (Also prone to less conflicting ideas that can spark anxiety / lack of confidence) I'm sure it's hard being a podcast host and "having to" read a lot of new stuff due to guests
