Emotions derive from our behaviors. If I cannot motivate myself, just starting is the best way to do it. It's quite simple, but it's significantly effective as well In addition, I was surprised that as if principle would influence not only in mentality but also physical aspects. The woman who tried to behave as if she came back to 20 years ago could improve her physical ability. It's amazing. I will utilize as if principle. It's definitely powerful.

Can you cover the book " The Obesity code" by DR Jason Fung ? Its interesting how fasting something that humans have been doing for thousands of years can be the solution to weight loss and type 2 diabetes. The thing about fasting is that its not sexy and theres no money to be made by for anyone in promoting healthy fasting to lose weight and boost metabolism.

Hmm okay but what about impostor syndrome? Where you act exactly as some profession, say doctor or firefighter, and you wear the outfit etc but still don't feel like one.
